Symantec says fake Twitter invite that comes with an attachment is a mass-mailing worm, which gathers e-mail addresses from compromised PCs.

Free antimalware service, set to replace Microsoft's subscription-based suite, is scheduled to be available for public beta testing on Tuesday.
