Batteries that give the gift of gab

Battery life is one of the most important considerations when shopping for a cell phone--after all, how mobile is that mobile phone if it's constantly tethered to a power outlet? You may not know it, but CNET performs  talk-time battery tests  on each phone we review (and that's practically every device for every major carrier).
