Microsoft finalizes Windows 7

Microsoft has finalized the code for Windows 7, and it looks like the new operating system should hit shelves on time for its October 22 launch. Will Microsoft redeem itself after Vista and its troublesome release? Only time will tell, but reports are saying it's been a much smoother internal process this time around.
