I am not sure how this happened. The console was not knocked around or anything but I began receiving the "unreadable" message. I checked the game and there were the rings, matching up exactly to the disc tray. Has there been a history of this or anything similar? If so, what can I do so I don't lose any more games? Also, is this some sort of defect that I can bring to Microsoft's attention and, in the process, get a new copy of my game?
