Let's have a real one today, Babe.
You know those "magic" plans that promise to change your body in 30 days?
The ones that even promise a 6-week transformation by cutting carbs, slashing calories, and obsessing over cardio.
(I've coached enough women to know how that story ends 🙈)
It goes a little like this…
You lose some weight, maybe your clothes fit better, and you swear this time is different.
And then what happens?
The craving hits.
Life gets busy, and you fall off the plan.
You blame yourself, saying, "I just need more discipline."
But babe, the plan was never designed for the real you.
It was designed to be a short-term fix to a long-term problem.
The problem?
Years of lies and false promises built on quick fixes and band-aid solutions.
And for some people, they're fine with this cycle.
They're ok with the back and forth, the yo-yo dieting, the energy crashes, the low self-esteem…
They're ok with living a life that doesn't activate their inner confidence or heal their metabolism…
